酸辣蘿蔔片

材料:
白蘿蔔2個
辣椒仔6隻
冰糖150克
七喜1罐
白醋100毫升

程序:
1. 蘿蔔,刨皮,刨2次,清水洗乾淨。
2. 蘿蔔,先切去兩端,放一邊。
3. 蘿蔔,打直1開2,切去兩邊,放一邊,再打直1開2。
4. 蘿蔔,小心打直刨薄片,放玻璃盤內。
5. 辣椒仔,切粒,放玻璃盤內。
6. 冰糖,清水洗乾淨,放玻璃盤內。
7. 加入白醋100毫升在玻璃盤內。
8. 加入七喜在玻璃盤內。
9. 放入雪櫃2小時
10. 完成,可享用。
11. 剩下的蘿蔔,可切細舊,再浸白醋2日,可食用。

Sweet and sour sliced radish

Ingredients:
White radish 2 Nos.
Chili 6 Nos
Rock sugar 150g
7up 1 can
White vinegar 100ml

Steps:
1. White radish, get it peeled twice. Rinse thoroughly.

9. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
